TIP 1 Ditch The Starch
Starches, such as rice, potatoes, some veggies, oats, etc. are often considered “health foods.”
While they can be healthy, they can also pack on stomach bodyfat like crazy if you overdo them.
As you may know, my “Every Other Day Diet” System (EODD) actually encourages you to eat starches and even sweets several days a week to get rid of excess weight:

Well… how does THAT work?
Simple: Timing is everything.
And we take a “weekly” approach to foods rather than a daily approach. This keeps your metabolism guessing. If your body cannot figure out what you’re up to, fatburning is that much more powerful. And you can get by with eating starches… at least a specific times on specific days.
But if you’re not going to do EODD, then you’ll have to wing it. And the best way to wing it is to simply cut starches out entirely for 4-8 weeks. Then slowly add them back a few days per week.
This is no where near as effective (or as fun) as the EODD method, but it will get you pointed in the right direction.
TIP 2 Can The Sodas
This one is really hard for me. I’ve been hooked on diet-soda on and off for years. When I go to get into top shape (like I am now) I have to get rid of the diet-sodas… yes, DIET-sodas. Need I say “real” sodas too? They are loaded with sugar.
Why diet-sodas? A recent study revealed that people who drank diet-sodas actually increased bodyfat when compared to those who drank sugar-sodas. What the… ??
Yep. Your body cannot be fooled by aspartame and chemicals. Sorry, but that’s the truth.
Here’s a personal story: When I cut out the diet-sodas my bodyfat drops like a rock in a pond of clear water.
And that’s what you need to be drinking: A quart of pure water per 50 lbs of bodyweight a day.
I mix it with lemon and a bit of Stevia (an herbal sweetener) and make lemonade. It’s wonderful!
TIP 3 Stay Hungry
Arnold’s first movie was “Stay Hungry” (well, after “Pumping Iron” that is). You cannot rest on your butt and stay hungry. You cannot think you’ve “arrived” and stay hungry.
It takes a special person to be hungry… and an even greater one to stay that way.
I want you to stay hungry in two ways: In how you workout and literally… stay a bit hungry before you go to bed. Not “starving”… just a bit hungry.
For your workouts, I have a great solution. If you pick up EODD you’ll get a limited shot at “7 Minute Body”… my combination of “7 Minute Muscle” and “The 7 Minute In-Home Workout” in one book… and for more than half off… but that’s a very limited deal. Gotta have EODD… you’ll need them both…

You see, progression — “forced” progression — is the best way to stay hungry. 7 Minute Body forces you to progress without thinking about it. Progression is built into the System.
As far as staying hungry at night? Check with your doctor and if he/she okays it take 500mg of potassium and 1000mg of magnesium/calcium a few hours prior to bed. This helps with the hunger pangs. Also, keep hard-boiled eggs in the fridge. If you get really hungry, eat one with half the yolk (toss the other half.) It keeps me full for an hour at least.
TIP 4 Cardio Clarity
Hours and hours of cardio a day is not the answer. However, you can do “light” cardio (i.e. brisk walking, or riding the bike at 60% of your max) just to burn off calories. That’s okay… and personally I don’t find it that boring if I’m watching a TV show. It does not interfere with my main fatloss exercise (weight training… YES!) and it burns off about 400 calories an hour.
What does work is early morning fasting cardio… but you only need 9-15 minutes. I explain the GXP Protocol (Modified) in the 7 Minute Body book, available only if you pick up EODD, and you can get it at more than half off

TIP 5 Get Raw At Night
Raw veggies with your last meal and as a snack will really help your fatburning along. I started with red peppers because they’re sweet. Now I eat virtually every veggie raw at night without thinking about it. Give this a shot. The fatloss is well worth it.

IBFF pro Ben Pakulski will be releasing his latest muscle building program MI40 this month and this will be one program that you will not want to miss.
On this site you will find the latest updates of this top rated muscle building program. The Mass Intentions 40 workout is the exact workout that IBFF pro Vince DelMonte used to become a pro fitness model.
Intentions is pro bodybuilder Ben Pakulski’s trademark technique that has been INSTRUMENTAL in Vince Del Monte’s physique changes since hiring him last November. With intentions you change the angle of pushing or pulling by means of a technique almost imperceptible to an observer. You push inward or pull outward with your hands or feet as you perform an exercise.
Give it a try on your next workout. On lat pulldowns as you pull the bar down, try to pull your hands apart. They didn’t actually move on the bar, but that different motion made your lats fire in a different way, and your back will be more sore the next day than it had been in months. For bench press, shove the bar together as you lower and press the bar.
The program is going to be based around the number 40. When the program comes out we’ll find out why the number is optimal for muscle mass and size.

How is the number 40 significant in this program?
According to Ben the number 40 was chosen because of it being the MOST optimal number for many variables in working out.
This will be explained by Ben below, but first a little about the man, Ben Pakulski.
Ben Pakulski is the brainchild behind Mass Intention 40 workout program. His great track record for winning bodybuilding competitions has earned him the respect of many. He is a professional member of the International Federation of BodyBuilders (IFBB).
Ben Pakulski Has Many Achievements
He started training at the young age of 15 and has not slowed down since. Having Tom Hall as his mentor, he received the best training from the undefeated IFBB Pro who has served as Ben’s biggest influence in his career. He received the best bodybuilding lessons from Tom on doing every exercise using the right biochemical method along with the right nutrition. He also earned the education he needs to enable himself to grow his muscles the healthiest and fastest way possible.
Ben got his very first contract from the famous Muscletech at the young age of 18. He was also awarded a degree in Kinesiology at the University of Western Toronto. Remarkable proof that this man knows exactly what he is doing and is in fact an expert?
Statistics:
Ben earned many awards over the years. During his debut as a pro in the IFBB Pro Championships in Tampa, he won third place and that qualified him for the world’s most coveted Mr. Olympia 2009 competition. This got him signed by Muscular Development! He placed second in the Super Heavy division of the North American Bodybuilding Championships for the years 2007 and 2008. He also gained the top spot for the Super Heavy Weight and overall division of the Canadian Championship last 2008. Because he knows that to get to the top, you must improve year after year, Ben is continuously training and preparing well for upcoming competitions.
When Vince Del Monte was seeking a coach to help get his body to the next level and help him become a WBFF pro, he went with Ben Pakulski. What’s Up Muscle Fans!!
First off, I want to thank you for your interest in my product. I aim to give you the absolute best quality product that exists, as well as the best possible technical support for all of your questions, concerns, and comments.
I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself and tell you a little bit about my new Muscle Building Program.
My name is Ben Pakulski , the author and creator of Mass Intentions 40 or MI40 for short. I will start off by answering the question most commonly asked. What is the significance of the name?
The name, MI40 – “Mass Intentions” is significant to this program because it is representative of the conscious INTENT, to create TENSION in the muscle, as well as the pun of overall mass creation.
The number 40, is the most important number in this program because it is the number that has the most scientific significance in MI40. 40 is representative of the number of days in the program (40 days), the amount of time in a set (40 seconds), the rest between sets (40 seconds), and the number of exercises used in constructing this muscle building protocol.
Many of you will immediately recognize the scientific significance of all of these numbers and some of you may not. The number 40 was chosen because of it being the MOST optimal number for many of these variables.
As will be explained in the program, 40 days has been proven to be the most optimal amount of time to adapt to any new training program (6weeks). 40 seconds is the ideal amount of “Time Under Tension”(TUT) to illicit muscular hypertrophy. 40 seconds rest is the ideal amount of time to allow your CP and ATP Glycolytic energy pathways to recover before the next set (these are the energy pathways that drive muscular contraction of fast twitch muscle fibers which are responsible for growth!).
To tell you all a little about myself, I am a graduate of the University of Western Ontario. My areas of study were primarily Kinesiology, and Biomechanics.
My passion for health and fitness is second only to my passion for helping others improve their lives. I live my life by the acronym “CANI” – Constant And Never-Ending Improvement. 1% Improvement Every Day.

Here Are The Two Problems MI40 Solves:
1) Most people have no idea how how to “feel” their muscles, and therefore have little idea how to exhaust and build these muscles. ‘Intentions’ the ideal tool to assist them in doing so.
2) Then there is the idea of creating sufficient overload to stimulate a muscle to grow. Many people spend way too much time in the gym trying to “train” and exhaust a muscle group.
NOS has been designed to get the MAXIMUM efficacy in the shortest amount of time. It will fatigue the muscle faster and create the most optimal hormonal environment to illicit the growth response. Keeping the workout time shorter, means less cortisol (muscle breakdown) and therefore better body composition and muscle growth!

Honestly, if you are a beginner then I would say not likely. The reason being Madonna has a known history of lifting weights and intense cardio so she already had a fair bit of lean muscle mass to keep that metabolism going.
Pilates and Ashtanga Yoga are awesome for Maintenance but not particularly good for building up or shedding fat as the traditional creating a calorie deficit and working out are.

Almond meal, made from ground raw almonds, forms the nutty topping on this baked salmon with slowly caramelized sweet onions and fresh basil spooned over the top. Serve this dish as a main course along with roasted or mashed sweet potatoes, steamed vegetables and a green salad.
Ingredients
· 1 tablespoon butter
· 1 teaspoon coconut oil
· 1 sweet onion, thinly sliced
· Sea salt and pepper to taste
· 1/2 to 1 teaspoon lime juice
· 1/2 cup almond meal
· 4 teaspoons honey mustard or sweet prepared mustard
· 4 (4- to 6-ounce) skinless salmon fillets, skin removed
· 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
· 1/4 cup basil leaves
Method
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium low heat. Add onion, salt and pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and caramelized, 30 to 45 minutes. Stir in lime juice and keep warm.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375ºF. Grease the bottom of a large baking dish with 1 teaspoon coconut oil. Put almond meal into a wide, shallow dish and season salmon with salt and pepper. Brush the top of each salmon fillet with mustard and then roll in almond meal, pressing to make sure it sticks. Arrange salmon in prepared baking dish in a single layer and bake until just cooked through and flesh flakes with a fork, about 15 minutes.
Transfer salmon to plates, top with caramelized onions, garnish with green onions and basil and serve.
